These terms apply to use of this website and surplus funds recovery support provided by Surplus Fund Group (a DBA of Prostasia Group LLC).

Not a Law Firm

Surplus Fund Group is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal services are performed by licensed attorneys. Claims are reviewed by an attorney with surplus funds recovery experience. If required, the attorney may appear at hearings on behalf of the client. Clients are kept informed throughout the process.

No Upfront Cost

There is no upfront cost to begin. A 25% contingency fee applies only if funds are successfully recovered. If no funds are recovered, there is no fee.

Attorney Trust Account

Recovered funds are deposited into a regulated attorney trust account. Surplus Fund Group never holds recovered funds directly. After distribution is authorized, the client's portion is sent via certified mail according to the signed agreement.

No Guarantee

Recovery amount, eligibility, timing, court requirements, and final outcome depend on county records, foreclosure filings, liens, claim deadlines, documentation, and legal review. No recovery is guaranteed.

Electronic Authorization

By adopting an electronic signature, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and authorizes the recovery process described in the agreement.
